I’m 13st 11.5lbs at the moment and i feel like a big fat slob. I want to loose 50lbs so i feel like a woman not a lump! My fiancee is helping me, i’m doing exersises every day and eating healthier. Wish me luck!
How I did it: I WORKED OUT LIKE CRAZY! I CUT BACK WHAT I ATE. I DRANK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER...IN FACT ALL I DRANK WAS WATER... I GOT ON THE SCALE TODAY AND WORDS COULD NOT EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY I WAS. I HAD TEARS. IVE BEEN WORKING MY BUTT OFF TO GET WHERE I AM AND I WANT TO LOSE ANOTHER 50...SO HERE I GO AGAIN!!!
Lessons & tips: DONT SNACK..NO POP/SODA
DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND EXERCISE!!! EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!!!
AND JUST REMEMBER MOTIVATION AND DETERMINATION IS KEY. IF U MESS UP ONE DAY START OVER THE NEXT. KEEP UR EYES ON THE PRIZE AND TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! NEVER LET WHAT YOU CANT DO GET IN THE WAY WITH WHAT YOU CAN

so i am 10Lbs away from my 50lbs goal!!!! i cant wait!!!!! ive been hitting the gym and doing lots of cardio plus my weights!! ive been spending 2-3 hours at the gym. and i just started this grapefruit diet today ..so we will see how that goes..it says without exercise u could lose up to 10lbs in 12 days alone…so im hoping with exercise it will double…haha maybe my hopes are a little high..but still… im 10lbs to go and im so proud ofmyself!!!! my big goal is 100..and im half way there!!!!
I have two possible surgeries coming up and I would like to lose weight to help alleviate complications and to be healthy
sooo im down 32lbs more than half way there!!!! i started the early october …so it hasnt taken me that long but ive been kicking ass!! and im going to start 2 a day workouts today and im actually wanting to lose 100lbs..but 50lbs is my first goal…sooo im gonna keep going
Dennis is still studying Calculus and is engaged!
I’m down about 3lbs in the last 2 weeks, all I did was cut down on the snacking.

I’m getting frustrated as hell now. This week at work was disastrous and I had my best friend’s birthday, so yes, I didn’t eat the best. I admit I made stupid choices and didn’t work out enough. Still, I’m frustrated. At myself.

I’ve been able to add more real food to my diet, but I still have some pain so I’m not pushing it.
Also, it’s the 10 week mark, and I started at 176, and now I’m 163, for a loss of 13 pounds in 10 weeks! 1.3lbs a week sounds pretty normal to me, and I’m happy. :)
