How I did it: I WORKED OUT LIKE CRAZY! I CUT BACK WHAT I ATE. I DRANK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER...IN FACT ALL I DRANK WAS WATER... I GOT ON THE SCALE TODAY AND WORDS COULD NOT EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY I WAS. I HAD TEARS. IVE BEEN WORKING MY BUTT OFF TO GET WHERE I AM AND I WANT TO LOSE ANOTHER 50...SO HERE I GO AGAIN!!!
Lessons & tips: DONT SNACK..NO POP/SODA
DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND EXERCISE!!! EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!!!
AND JUST REMEMBER MOTIVATION AND DETERMINATION IS KEY. IF U MESS UP ONE DAY START OVER THE NEXT. KEEP UR EYES ON THE PRIZE AND TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! NEVER LET WHAT YOU CANT DO GET IN THE WAY WITH WHAT YOU CAN

Well im 5’2 and last month I was 148lbs, my highest ever weight :S
So i’ve decided I wanna lose 50lbs, so my Goal Weight is 98lbs =]
At the moment im 140lbs so 8 down, 42 to go…
Dennis is still studying Calculus and is engaged!
Pretty much been eating whatever the hell I want.
I got sick this week and I’m blaming it on my recent poor eating happens.
I need to start eating much more healthy and lose this weight. I think I pretty much gained back everything that I lost, so let’s start the countdown again.
Weight to lose: 50 lbs.
Weight lost so far: 0 lbs.
Well i wanna lose 50lbs! Durr…
So atm im 148lbs and i wanna be 98lbs (7 stone) as soon as possible xD
So my plan is… Exersice! Exersice! Exersice!!!
And you kno, eat less and stuff…

My weight has been an issue for me my entire life. I lost 50lbs from 2006-2008, bringing my weigh down from 260lbs to 210lbs. One year later, I’ve maintained my 50lbs weight loss, but I haven’t lost an ounce. I long to be healthy and active and attractive. Sure, there’s some vanity in this quest, as well as a desire to find a good balance in my life. The increase in my self-esteem and confidence from the first 50lbs loss was huge. I hope that the second half of this quest will leave me feeling even better.
I will do this the same way I did it the first time, and I’m hoping, the last 50lbs won’t be too much more difficult than the first 50.
- Eat 4 times a day
- Cook healthy, filling, delicious meals
- Work out – I can’t afford a gym this time around, but I have some workout dvd’s and a great park near my house.
- Stop giving up and going for the pizza
