Volunteered at the Kingston Rd location.

I am planning to commit a week in June to help build a home. I’m not a good “people” person. I’m more of a “doer” so this is a way for me to contribute.

I have not done it yet but I have the waiver forms and plan on doing it this fall with my church! :-D

Okay, so I just registered and did the online orientation. It looks like my chapter isn’t doing any builds right now but they’re planning a WomenBuild later this year and I hope to participate in that.

they’re taking volunteers until the end of July! Don’t know if I will work on that project or not, they’ve also got a fall one, but I was happy to hear about the summer one; I thought by groundbreaking on May 26 that meant it was over and done with- pfft not so. So possibilities are open.
