this is not happening – In fact I’m probably drinking less water than usual lately because our stupid little rural town has had a boil water advisory for the last 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT! This would only be allowed to happen out in the sticks… grrr. 3 years ago

Here’s the deal:
I’ll go out for coffee 2x a week or less (in January)

- and even then I will only order a small, never a medium or large coffee
- and those coffees will only happen if I’m out for coffee to socialize with someone.
This means no more “Oh I’m out for a walk, and there is a coffee shop. I’ll just grab myself a quick super-sized mocha-choca-latte for $4.50 and continue on my way.” 3 years ago

O.k then i’ve deduced the fact that I drink too little water, in fact after my few first coffee’s in the morning I drink little else! This must be the easiest thing in the world to do towards better health so i’ll start with this one… I’m not sure i’m up for dropping caffiene completely as I need this form of forced enthusiasm in the morning lol. Ok then from now on i’m replacing coffee for green tea, and i’ll aim to have at least 3 pints of water, how hard can it be to knock back pints of cold refreshing water yum ….. we shall see hmmm….... 4 years ago
