I got the urge sometime last year to start trying different cheeses from different countries…..textures,tastes,etc etc.
Don’t know why I got on this kick but I’m loving cheese.
My latest is a German Champpignon with mushrooms.It’s a soft,pungent,stinky cheese that definitely is not one of my favorites.
