I haven’t written about this goal in almost two years. I think for this goal I will only design the backs of the cards and not the suites. I don’t have a lot of artistic talent. I’m also thinking about taking pictures of the scenery in my area and having those pictures turned into playing card backs.
People doing this are also doing these things:

I have been wanting to do this goal for awhile but I sort of forgot. I’m thinking of ideas. One idea that I have is combining my intials into a logo or something. I’m just thinking of ideas at this point and if I have more I will post them here.
I’m down to show all the people that I can do the thing’s that they say I can’t. Only because they are to scared or failures of the things in doubt.
I’m working on a deck modeled after greek mythology characters. I’m almost done, but am not sure where to have them printed. Whose best/most affordable?
Thanks for the help!
I was dating a girl who collected playing cards, So on our 4 year anniversary I designed her a custom deck of cards.and had them printed up from a place online… I took photos of her little dog for the jacks, photos of her for the queens and photos of me for the kings in the deck and on the back I had a picture we took on our very first date. I even made sure that faces all turned the right way like they do in a standard deck and used photoshop to morph the pics into the double heads like on your typical deck of cards… She totally loved them so all the effort was completely worth it

it took me a while to come up with a design but i already had in mind what i wanted to do. the end product wasn’t exactly what i intended but i’m still quite pleased with it. i’m gonna do more themes next me thinks. mmmm yes.
