Go to a Green Day Concert

i’m going to see green day!

we got tickets, although in the end it was such a stress and i’m ending up paying £117 for one :O

but i’m so excited, i can’t believe i’m actually going to see them. i’ll be there in glasgow on october 19th. can’t wait :D

tomorrow tickets go on sale for all of green day’s uk tour dates. i’m going to try and go to the glasgow one. i’m really scared because i’m not allowed to take first period off of school, so my dad is booking the tickets for me. i’m making him a list of what to do, and the websites and phonelines to phone to try and get if ticketmaster isn’t working or don’t have any left.

let’s hope i get them! it would make my year if i do!

so with the new album out on may 15th hopefully they’ll announce some tour dates soon and i’ll get to go to one! it would make my life if i got to see them live :)

one thing that pissed me off was one of my friends like: “you couldn’t handle green day, you couldn’t stand the crush, etc..”
and i was like: “eh whatever” but then i thought about it and the state i was in at gogol bordello and realised he was probably right. (didn’t tell him that though..) i don’t care, even standing at the back i still wouldn’t miss it for the world.

May be doing this this year or next!!!!!!

I went back on September of 2005… I was 17 and ready to start my last year of high school…it really was an amazing experience even though we had quite possibly the worst seats ever (we were only about 5 or 6 rows from the top of the stadium)...one of the few fond memories I have from my “angst years”...even though I still have reoccurences of that from time to time…lol

Honestly they have to be one of the best groups ever. I’m listening to them right now.
