I now officially own my truck. The title is in my name and it makes me happy.
How I did it: I knew that I would never be able to afford a place on my own, so I went in with three other couples who share the same values and we bought the land together.
Lessons & tips: If you are going to share land with friends, always make a set of ground rules first so there are never any issues in the future. Nobody ever thinks things will go wrong with friends, but you can never be too sure.

I live in England right now. I will settle in New York and Montreal. I will have three properties.
Amshult is wishing she were closer to home.
Don’t get me wrong, I love people. I just prefer to sit and think and be alone with my family. A secluded place free from common day annoyances would be perfect. I’ll be out of college in 15 months, then I’ll need to put in at least a year of experience… then, I WILL DISAPPEAR.
2 months already in my beautiful new apartment in Copenhagen, a dream coming true. No more moving, my home, my place, my palace. :-)
Anderson Alaska Is offering free land to stimulate so economic growth. !.3 acres as long as a house is built on it.
Anywhere with trees and forest. I want to own 30 acres of forest. It would be nice in a tropical seting but I’ll take a temperate climate. MAybe one acre good for a field of potatoes, some corn and peas. Either a small sping or a cek where I can through my tent up. And it would be nice to be able to dig a hole at-least five feet deep, Ya know. A shit hole. Speaking of shit holes I’d appreciate a few broad leaf maple. THAt is all I’d need
And the prices in DK have gone down… so who knows? Maybe I will be a property owner soon. :-)
