How to question your faith
It made me
believe in it more 
How I did it: I thought about the views for and against my religion which is Islam, some things I agree with and some things I don't agree with, I was brought up a muslim, I still believe in it but not strict or anything.
I believe in one god, fast, pray now and again, read Qur'an and want to go Hajj/Mecca one day.
I disagree with anything to do with the whole terrorist thing, some rules are too strict, you should still be able to have fun and covering the whole body is silly.

Actually my faith is stronger now, because it’s MINE.
I don’t believe what someone else TOLD me to believe. I believe what I believe based on MY experience and MY contact with God.
That’s a lot better than “I’m (fill in the blank)...just like Mom and Dad are/were.”
