slide down a banister

I was a child at the time when I slid down a banister and it is just a kid thing to do. Growing up I lived in an apartment and we had to go up these wooden stairs to get up to our place. My sister and I used to go down them on our butt. Bumpity, bumpity, (sp?) bump. Now it would be OUCH, OUCH, OWWWWWWWWWWWW!

There are people who have never done this?! If you have access to the internet surely you have access to a staircase with a banister! Go sliding. It’s what they were invented for.

As a kid I used to do this all the time and get busted for it. Another thing we would do is try to jump the entire flight of stairs. Amazing the things a bored brother and sister can think of to do.
