This is not one of my most important goals – but it’s stilll something I want to do. Since I’ve been physically active all my life and have never stretched regularly, it’s not hard to guess how flexible I am.
It has been bugging me since I was a kid, so just for my sake only I want to improve my flexibility. The key of reaching this is routine and patientce, not my strongest qualities. I’ve tried and failed so many times before, can I succeed once and for all?

I wanna be flexible!!!!
can anyone help me be flexible? I’ve read everywhere that you have to stretch everyday. I can do the bridge, cobra pose(and then you touch your head with your feet)...and that’s it! help me!
I’ve been watching videos on these stuff but none of them help! obviously that girl in the pic is not me.

It’s easy to become flexible, you can find plenty of books at your local bookstore about yoga and stretching, and try to create your own routine. You should try doing some stretches as often as you can, maybe on your bed or when you watch TV.

I use to take gymnastics while I was taking karate. I use to be the most flexible person I knew. I could do anything, do crazy flips. Just go crazy! I would love to be that way again, but I gota accomplish my 1 goal first. And thats to lose some weight. I have already started to strech again. So lets see how it turns out…
