Lowering the bar to 30 minutes did the trick 17 months ago

I have been exercising regularly since then as 30 minutes is so easy to fit in; I do a very intense 30 minutes and since I am so happy that I have already exercised I find that I can often add another half hour or 40 minutes 3 or 4 days a a week.

I have lowered the bar on this to 30 minutes a day to see if this makes it possible. Normally, I would exercise for at least an hour but I can’t brign myself to do this 6 days a week. Let’s see what happens

I’ve only missed 2 days since I started in January. I love it.

I do Leslie Sansone’s Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles every day but Sunday. I am waiting for my circuit training dvd and going to add a 35 min session to my walk each day.

In a month I’ll get another workout and mix it up

While I do exercise—doing it with any kind of constancy is almost impossible for my rather tiggerish(as in winnie the pooh) character.
Two weeks ago I actually did it. This week not so much.

with the continuation of my weightloss plans. it’s nice that i am only 10 pounds away from my goal of 160 pounds. i went to the gym tonite and ran for 70 minutes on the eliptical.

i have gone from 195 to 170 pounds in 2 and a half months and i am on fire. i have put alot of time and effort to looking great and i heard the last 10 pounds is always the hardest but i have come this far and i will not believe it will be hard. it will take work but i will succeed. i have not weighed 160 pounds in 4 years and now that i am so close, all i can do is smile again.

it took alot of willpower to get me at the size i am now and i believe that if you can lose weight you can do anything in life, if you really want it bad enough. i will succeed.
