Well, one good thing about getting a root canal in the front of your mouth is having a good reason not to eat crunchy foods. Not like I was supposed to before because of my braces, but especially not now. Soo, this cuts out a lot of prepackaged salty foods that I really don’t need to be eating. And I’ve also cut out a lot of sugar in my diet, because of my braces as well. This goal just might work.

I’m starting to get really eh about all of this stuff I’ve been eating that comes in packages and full of preservatives and bad sugars. I really wish I could switch to an all fresh foods/organic diet, but I don’t know if I can afford that yet. As soon as I get my own place and have more of a say so with my meals, it’s going to be less of these packaged foods even if I have to starve.
