For the most part of this year, I have managed to jog at least 3 times this week. It is good for me and I have managed to lose about 20 pounds without altering my diet. Also, i feel like SUPER.

I have done this… Since my friend’s wedding I have knocked it down to two times a week which sucks but I will get back to at least three this week. Yeah.
I got a gym membership for Christmas and it’s all good. I have completely done this for 2008 so far.
I’m so proud.
Well it’s been three weeks into 2008 and so far I have managed the three times a week. Of course I would like to do more but I am getting the minimums.
Well I decided to ask for a gym membership for Christmas. This way I will be able to exercise without having to worry about the weather and whether or not I have appropriate clothing.
And I get access to yoga classes and weights.
I fell off the wagon so to speak and haven’t done this in a while. And I’ve gained 10 pounds as a result. (yeah when I’m supposedt ob e losing a lot more)
So here goes.
I went jogging today. Hopefully,
I guess I’ll count Sunday to Saturday as a week.
Sunday I ran 2.4 miles
Tuesday was 2 miles
Wednesday was 3 miles
Saturday was 3 miles.
Woo for a total of 10.4 miles.
Yeah. Calorie burn.
