    I really have to get back on this goal. It was my birthday this week and I have been eating out a lot!! I’ve actually regressed and gained some weight so back on it full force. I was down to 173.3 but I’m up to 174.5. Still doing good on my 1 pound a week goal but can’t slack on it.

    I’m using a calorie counter on my iPhone to track my eating. According to calorie calculators, I get 2117 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week. So far this week, I have stayed under that!! I just need to keep it up.

    It is time to face reality. Over a year ago, Sept of 2007, I decided to diet and exercise and lose weight. I started at 185. By the time June rolled around, I was at 160.
    The bad news, I’m back up to 180. I’ve gotten lazy I guess, but I need to get off my butt and diet and exercise.
    In ten weeks, I would like to be at 160. That is 7/20/09. I’ve done this before, I can do it again.



    Starting a Food/Exercise/Etc Journal 11 months ago

    I have a meeting with a Dietician next week so I can get some diet guidance. So today I have started a food, exercise, etc journal. Since I am writing it ALL down I am trying to eat healthy, balanced meals.

    Although I would like to include my weight in this tracking I am too self conscious to post it so I will just post pictures. Hopefully we will see some changes over the next few months.
