get some plants

My cat eats them.

Then I end up feeling sorry for the plant, because I’m a sap (did I just go there? Yes, I did).

I shall have to keep going out for my foliage fix.

a succulent, and this time i know what it is(please hold your applause), a jade plant. the only real problem now is that i’m so sick of sunlight by the time i get home that i’ve made the infiltration of natural light an impossibility, so i have to figure out some way to enjoy the plant, and yet not have to deal with sunshine in the privacy of my own home.

but, a home depot impulse buy actually accomplished something for me. i’m thinking if i can keep this thing alive through multiple moves and extended international travel…well actually on second thought it wouldn’t prove very much. but oh well, i like having green bits about.
