I did Bikrim for the entire summer of 06 and it was the best Yoga experiance of my life. The heat allowed me to be more flexible than normal and also made me feel like I was getting a workout not just a good stretch in. As long as you drink water before during and after you shouldn’t dehydrate.
I feel like my total fitness level was the best I have ever had. Since then I still play a lot of basketball and workout other ways but I have started to have back problems and that is one thing that yoga did for me. Keeping my body in good condition is the reason I love yoga so much… I mean I am only 22 and already having back problems, but when I do yoga it feels much better. Wish I had time to do it everyday.
