become a better artist

If I don’t manage anything else art related in a day, I at least try to do a few of these. It’s a quick, useful, fun little exercise. The quality of the sketches themselves have certainly improved since my first few tries from around a month ago, and I think some positive effects are starting to subtly show through in my normal drawings as well.

i need to try harder? no i guess i need more lessions it’s as if my brain is stuck in one position. i think i need my own style of art, im not sure if i want to be in the photography field of art or the painting side,either way i need to get better at both,i need to expand my horizons see more of the world maybe i’ll be inspired more, hell i haven;t even fully graduated highschool yet =/

Art’s always been my worst subject in school. In middle school it was required and it always brought down my average. I figured the only way to get better was to really buckle down and put some effort into it. My art got better and better because I was trying harder- I ended up getting an art trophy at graduation. So just try your best and convince yourself that you’re not artistically impaired.

Right now, I’m going to college for art. I don’t know what specific major yet, but the classes keep me busy. I draw alot more than I used to and I think I am improving. Graduation in 3 years!

Being an artist my whole life, I have had time to improve and I hope attending an art school will only help me improve further, I want to be amazing at the genre I love which is illustrating.

I need to buy new paintbrushes.

i really enjoy art and i know that in my lifetime i want many people to see it, i just want to keep on going bigger each time

I’m already a good artist as it is, but I hardly admit to it. I’m a perfectionist and I always think I can improve more.

and I know I’m not great and even though that’s okay every now and then, sometimes I can’t create what I imagine in my head at all. So I am going to Become better and also learn to paint well.
