Americans notoriously have more stuff than most in the world, which can be a blessing and a curse. Many of us find that we have TOO MUCH. I think a lot of it stems from our appreciation for all that we have been blessed with! We feel that it would be rude or inconsiderate to just “get rid” of things, so we hold on to them until we can find something good to do with our stuff. Thus, we become pack rats!

I might be moving out of state at the end of the year, so I’m trying to cull some of this stuff 7 years ago

Moving from MD back to San Diego forced me to clean out alot of stuff I was hanging onto for no good reason. Now that I’m home I need to do it again just to pare it down even more. I’m even forcing my dad to do the same. He’s like living with Fred Sanford. 7 years ago
