My loose goal is pretty much to try to get down to a size 10 by summertime. And I think 30 pounds would just about do it. I’m always slower with my weight goals than I would like to be, though.
Plus, those 30 more pounds would put me at 140 which is right at the high end of the “healthy” range of the BMI chart. Right now I’m at “overweight”. I used to be “obese”. I’m pretty wary of the BMI chart because a lot of people believe it’s a very inaccurate way to measure health risk and normal weight but I still think it’s a good sort of yard stick to set my goals with.
My really long term goal is to get down to 120lbs. I’m 5’3”, so that would put me right smack dab I think at a healthy weight. I just want to be slim, not teeny. I firmly believe that I can reach this goal in a healthy manner before my 21st birthday.
I lost 40 pounds the past 7 months and want to lose 30 MORE before I graduate from college Kind of plateau a little and trying to get a different schedule going so I can jump start again
I started with my goal of 60 pounds..ive lost 30 so far..im down to the last half! Wish me luck!
Does anybody have any good techniques to do this? Maybe some things that work better than others?
I think I should start by saying that I want to lose 10 lbs, so that way it doesn’t seem as overwhelming… good idea.
