i’ve been depressed, had oral surgery, went on new meds, stopped going to WW meetings for the time being. i will get back there soon, and hit that goal, but it will just take longer. first things first, i have to shake this mood.

i’ve been on a plateau since i got back from vacation in early June. i would LIKE to lose anotehr 15 or 20 pounds, but if i don’t, i can accept where i am right now.

that every time i check where i am on this goal, i am always 13 pounds away. i feel like i am stuck in the Groundhog’s Day movie.

i was off some pounds. i am now officially 13 pounds away from being a lifetime member. looking to lose at least 15 more so i don’t have to worry about it. now if i can only change my image in my head…i still think of myself as having a big fat ass!
I joined WW almost a year ago, and just tonight celebrated my 80 lbs lost milestone. Woohoo! I still have a way to go before becoming a lifetime member, but I’m a good chunk of the way there. It’ll be great to mark this as “done”!
