I completed my DTM in June 2007. Woooooo Hooooooooo.

For most people, it is the HPL project that is the obstacle.
Get a good committee, who won’t let you give up. As with
most things worth doing, you won’t succeed at this without
help.

Sitting here this AM, I was looking at what I have left for my Advanced Leader—which is just about everything. I completed my year as an Area Governor (District 4, Area C3) this summer but haven’t done anything towards finishing the rest.

It’s the project. I’m resisting it. I’m avoiding it.

That’s what’s next. The project. I’m the toastmaster next Tuesday and I will declare my project at that meeting. That gives me three days to choose a project.

...worth of work, and I did it. My paperwork was submitted on the 4th, and was processed today. Woo hoo!

...official word from Toastmasters, Int’l. My sponsorship of the new club was approved, my Advanced Leader and DTM materials were entered into the web site this morning by the club President. It should take about two weeks to process.

...I received my High Performance Leadership certificate today. My sponsorship letter has been sent in, and it will probably be about another week before that is credited.

I have my High Performance Leadership finished. All I have to do is send in a signed paper stating my sponsorship for the new club is complete. I’ll be seeing the people who can sign it this weekend!
