Every year when the weather breaks, I tell myself that I am going to get outside and enjoy the weather. I figure this would be a good way to get in some exercising, by walking, running, or riding my bike. However, year after year, it never happens. I am committed this year to get out three times a week doing some form of exercising. It’s not to loose weight, but to get in shape, to have some energy.



I can not believe it! 10 months ago

I cannot believe that I am actually exercising more than three times a week. It all started with the simple goal of working out three days now it has escalated to five. Everyday I find new motivation to exercise more. I now have more energy!!! Awesome! I am able to do more things now rather than just watch tv and eat. I am proud of my progress. To date I have lost 7 pounds and a few inches. I was able to fit into my size eigjht jeans this morning. A bit tight but they went past my knees and but. Woe!!!!!
