    My husband is a New Zealander and we are currently living in New York. I am waiting to hear back from the NZ Teacher’s Council and the NZ Qualifications Assessment so that I can get a work visa to move there and teach! I am so excited!!

    We got our police certificates, had our medicals done, got all our evidence together and submitted the application to New Zealand House on 17 November (2008). It will be 8 or nine weeks till we are allocated a case officer.
