I’m practicing for even learning all the countries… I’ve covered most of the world but… Oceania, come on, there’s got to be some made up counties there.
Btw, does this include the capitals of the American states?
I can finally get 100% of the capitals consistently, as well as being able to locate them all. Entirely useless, but perfectly wonderful!
People have really gotten into this, the margarine container on the coffee table is a conversation starter (usually one where people get worked up but a conversation starter none the less). I find it easy to hear the capital and say the country but have tripped up on the reverse lately… need to study a little more I’d say :)
I am willing to wager that I now know 90% of the world’s capitals. I have a magerine container on my coffee table filled with scraps of cardstock with all the countries (in purple) and their capitals on the other side (in green). It’s a pretty high tech system, I must admit, and it’ll make good use of my oversized melon yet! I just asked a co-worker to quiz me up and she seemed reasonably astounded (as she should be).
So, I went to www.ilike2learn.com and can barely haul myself away from it! I wish I had someone to practise with. I mean, there are people who will practise with me but no one that WANTS to. I think I will make flahcards tonight just to make it that much easier and take-to-workable.
Hi there! :-)
I’ve been yearning to learn all of the World’s countries and capitals, so have you… Got any idea on how to do this?
Any learning tip? List of countries and capitals?
Share! ^^
Edit: got this list: http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of-countries
