If I am still at this level next month, I’ll consider this goal completed…I’ve reached the fitness that I’d like to be at, so I just have to keep it up.

Trying to prep for the summer…but it looks like it is on me already.

Managed to injure both my shoulders in a friendly weight competition with a friend. Haven’t been able to put my arms straight up in the air for about a week now.

However, my arms have always been weak. With biking season definitely in gear (ohhh…pun), I’ve definitely gotten back into shape. I’m not quite in peak condition, but I expect that I’ll be able to pound away a good hundred miles in a day by the end of the summer. We’ll see…

Going well…but I hurt my foot a couple weeks ago, which set me back a bit. I think it’ll be ok to start training on it again this next week.

It’s been going well actually. But I have TKD competitions in a few weeks, so I need to bump up the intensity. So, I’m gonna start running a minimum of two miles every day on top of my other stuff.

This goal has become considerably more important considering I have taekwondo competitions starting soon…I mean I’ve REALLY gotta get on it…I’m thinking running – one mile in the morning, one at night for starters.
