write more thankyou notes

Sigh. An even bigger challenge than writing my own thank you notes! (I got mine finished over the weekend!)

It seems that kids and teenagers these days REALLY have a hard time writing thank you notes! I know that I rarely even get thank you notes for fairly large graduation gifts from kids. (sigh). In an effort to teach my son some manners, I am going to leave this goal here until he writes the one thank you note he needs to for a Christmas gift.

My husband’s mom is very traditional, and really wants a written thank you note. So I will try to get this done soon. After all, we do appreciate the time she took to pick out our gifts.

I bought a box of thank-you cards and am now keeping them in my car. Consequently, whenever the mood strikes me, I can send one on the spot.
