write with ease with my left hand

I have been writing the uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet, numbers and some short sentences for about a week now. I can definitely see an improvement. Woohoo!

Since I am ambidextrous, I naturally learned to write with both my left and right hands. However, my mother made me stop and write only with my right hand.
With most things in life I can do them equally well with both hands. However, I do develop tendencies. Like I dribble a basketball with my right, but I shot with my left. It’s just habits I fall into and that’s what happened with writing. I got used to writing with my right around my mother and eventually just stopped using my left.
So, even though I can still write with my left, it’s definitely not up to par with my right.
