How I did it: I did an apprenticeship for piercing, then i was piering on my own.There were some quiet days, which was dangerous for me cuz i got bored...;) Since i had everything in front of me i decided why not??so i did my Nipple! my bottom navel and re did my nose ( not all at the same time of course) :)I actually like it more then getting pierced by someone else. I had complete control on the speed ,the pain, the pressure and the duration. Read how I did it…

How I did it: One day I just decided that I was going to give myself a piercing. I took my time choosing which part of ear I wanted to permenantly put a hol in and then I sterilized a sewing needle with rubbing alcohol. I used a LOT of ice to numb my ear and then inserted the needle slowly, with a piece of ice behind my ear where the needle would come out. I took my time and did it in front of a mirror so I could see what I was doing. The hardest part … Read how I did it…

After many hesitations and failed attempts in the past, I had finally given myself a lobe piercing. At that point, I had three lobe piercings on my left ear and two on my right. I used a piercing earring and pushed it through my ear. Then, a few days later, I was in a piercing frenzy and I wanted another one. This time, I wanted to give myself a cartilage. I took the other side of the piercing earring I had and found a spot that I wanted a piercing in my cartilage. This time, it was in my right ear. On the first push, it started gushing blood, so i thought i might’ve pushed it into a vein. I stopped and after cleaning it, I decided to give myself a cartilage in my left ear. I found a spot and pushed. In the begginning, it hurt, but when I decided to just shove it in, it didn’t hurt a bit. Then came the skin behind my ear. I pushed, but it was stubborn. Then, I decided I had had enough and pushed veryvery hard, not caring whether or not it would hurt. And…it popped right through!! The next day, I decided to remove my third lobe piercing, because (since my ears are on the small side,) it looked a bit crowded. So, I did. Now, I have a cartilage and two lobe piercings in my right ear and two lobe piercings in my left ear. I think I have satisfied my need for self-piercings…for now.
EDIT::
After about 6 months of having my first cartilage piercing in, i decided to remove it and let it heal. A little bit after i removed it, a friend of mine got a double cartilage piercing – one cartilage right above the other – and i fell in love with it. For some reason, I thought it was the cutest thing and I really wanted one, too, but I resisted my urge, because I knew that I thought my first cartilage was a big mistake. I waited for 7 months before giving in. I pierced my ear again and just stuck an earring into my first cartilage hole (which surprisingly was still there). I’m actually really happy with how it turned out. It’s healing really well! In the picture, the one that is higher up is 1.5 years years old and the lower one is a month old.
