How I did it: First of all, one of the best things to improve your memory is doing mathematics! I know that math seems boring, however its like a work-out for your brain ^_^Also, keep a daily "to-do" list to help jog your memory Read how I did it…
How I did it: I would surf the internet and find little video clips or articles on improving memory. This one man said if he's given a string of random words he does several things; he puts them into pairs, then imagines them in a certain room of the house. Now, I'm all about pairing now. But I don't imagine something in certain rooms, to me that's just more to memorize. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I read every book by Harry Lorrayne I could get my hands on, and when I finished I obsessively read them again. Then, I did the same with Dominic O'Brien. Together they cover every single memory challenge I've ever imagined. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Since remembering names are vital to my line of business (sales), I took this goal seriously. It took me a while to think about the name as it was being said, but after much practice, it become easy and fun. Mnemonics such as "Mike has a bike" didn't really work for me. It was far easier to repeat the name back to them or just echo it in my head after. After a while, repeating the name back becomes second nature. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Improving memory is not something one can do by just sitting or reading a book on memory. You'll have to actually train your memory for it. Plus, every individual is unique. People use different techniques to to improve there memories. My memory was going a bit down but it was normal. I started reading this book "How to use your perfect memory" by Tony Buzan. It had few methods that I incorporated in my life. But this is not all, these me… Read how I did it…

i need to do this. i will set about this by firstly number crunching every single day. although to be quite frank dear, the entire point of this goal is so that i will remember my number crunching later?
bahhh, humbug.
point is, will first start number crunching everyday. supposedly it helps, should help me? inshallah :)
I feel like an 80 year old in my 20 year old body. Some times i instantly forget what i needed to do.
I don’t have some flashy story but I want to go to college and I figure half the hard part of doing math in your head is remembering the numbers. The Dominic method enters here. I deliver pizza and the addresses are all numeric i.e. 2251 n 4250 w. It’s the perfect job to do this. I’ll be remembering numbers before you know it.
turqoise has got only one goal: to grow in faith +
only one day after learning those cell phone numbers, I went back home and left my cell with all the numbers and adresses 500km away.
:D
now I wonder how did it even cross my mind to remember these numbers, thanks God I did it..
I used them, called a few people and it was a little boost for my memories’ self esteem.
also, I’m working on my creative thinking and imagination, using my brain in every way -> this will improve my memory too, according to t.buzan (reading his book at the moment)

I’ve memorized most important cell phone numbers (I didn’t have numbers some of my closest friends in my head?!). even trying to do so makes a difference:D..
and also, I’m learning Psalm62 at the moment.
I’m really starting to be focused. little bit more focused:)

I’m reading this book on memory improving (Douglas J. Hermann).
I can already feel my consciousness rising
Really to lıve ın Istanbul ıs so exacıty…......But ıf you have enough money offcourse….
Not just a silly small issue, my memory has gotten increasingly worse. I know I need help. I know it’s serious because my bad memory has gotten me written up at work, and had my debit card canceled on me. At work I forgot our boss had passed out a paper on the new OTC procedure, I followed the old one and I was told I could be terminated (luckily I wasn’t). Then, I forgot to call the bank and tell them I was in Europe for a month, so I called them while I was there, they asked me random questions like “Did you spend $13.06 on May 13th?” They wouldn’t tell me where it was. Being honest, I said no, but now I hear from other people you just say ‘yes’. They completely canceled my debit card, therefor I had NO access to my money.
I’ve gone out to the kitchen and forgot where I kept my cups. I’ve forgotten my nephew’s name, and on and on.
All of this, and I’m only 22 years old.
I checked out this one site and tried memorizing 10 objects on a tray within 30 seconds. I did okay, I got all of them but I really slowed down after going through 5.
Let’s start with something a bit motivational – I might need it to carry me through the rest of my goals. I choose ‘If’ by Rudyard Kipling which I think is ace – if you’re a man anyway.
