well i think that this one will have to wait until I’m done school… unless I take yoga classes at the school gym – which is always a possibility.
well, at the soonest, i’ll start taking classes in the fall. :)

I do it with the aide of a (nintendo) ds game, it’s fairly good considering the limitations a piece of software has, that and my time limitations. I my friends mother teaches it, I might give it a go one day.
i’m really interested to learn yoga but somehow i never have the time.
i want to learn to control myself in difficult situations by maintaining calmness.. hopefully yoga’ll teach me to attain it.
Worth doing!
A long time ago, I wrote: “My goal is to learn yoga and pilates to the extent that I can practice at home with a book/video and not need professional help nor risk hurting myself.”
And I have. I’ve been attending yoga 2-4 times a week and pilates 2x a week for the past month, and I now know enough moves to practice by myself without hurting myself. Although, it’s of course much more efficient and a better workout if I do it in a class.
23rdspiral is having a nice social week
so work and illness and holiday and glastonbury have got in the way. so i hope to make it today. i hope my caugh will subside for that time.
but it’s all ok as i now know enough about yoga and my body to practice with a DVD at home. and even do some movements with no resources. that’s a real improvement for me. an ability to express myself, to let my body do what it needs to. for it to be able to.
There are a few reasons why I want to learn yoga.
1.to relax.
2.lose weight.
3.get toned.
4.get balance, because im in marching band and im on the drumline this year so every little balance technique helps =D.
5.possibly have fun?

I don’t have enough interests on Yoga,
since the music makes me sleepy,
I don’t think I need to do this to keep fit.

I have several times tried to learn yoga, I even bought a book about it. But I’ve never really read it… And since I haven’t found any yoga-classes I have to open that damn book. (I think I’ve read the first page like ten times but never got to the next one)
