learn at least 10 new words per day in any foreign language I speak

I speak English, Russian ,Italian and know a little French.Of course-Bulgarian ,my native language. I have always dreamed to read books in English and Italian without using dictionary, even I have learnt them for 7-8 years yet I can’t do it. So I realized that the problem is that I don’t learn any words I encounter and I don’t understand quite clearly. I just pass them off understanding in some way their meaning by context. However ,there are cases where the context just can’t help me.So I consider I just have to learn new words regularly.
About Russian- I was born in Russia in fact, so it’s my mother language as well, yet I think it would be great to learn any new words , even some terms or old words in Russian and Bulgarian. And about French- I just need to improve it as I learnt it only a few months,then I entered the University and I don’t have much time to learn it any more but I really would like to learn to speak it fluently.
