Subhakumar is slowly but surely gaining control
I used to eat and eat things while watching TV, just roaming around in the house, theaters, at work, while studying etc.
Till I got sick of looking at myself in the mirror.
One day I made a List of all the things that I love to eat and pit them under two heads healthy non-healthy eg. I love dates – I put it under healthy – and chocolates non healthy. Stocked my house with just healthy recipes and stuff that I just loved to eat. Slowly my eating habits turned better. Even reduced – Took a long time Almost a year! but here I am even after 6 years – Much fit slim and healthy…............
