I am doing and trying out the following to see if they work:
-reducing my caffiene intake to chocolate and green tea (NO COFFEE!)
-taking 2 tablespoons of molasses a day for the iron, magnesium, potassium (might help if I am anemic)
-abstaining from dairy (if I have a mild food allergy)
-sleeping well (I read before bed so my mind is at peace before I close my eyes)
-staying hydrated (should do anyway)
-reducing stress (yoga classes!)
