Be a successful inventor

I just have to invent something first..

My inventions are very useful and easy to use. I have a list of potential inventions and concepts that will be hugely profitable. My problem is I don’t know how to close a deal. I have a license agreement with my first invention, but was not wise enough to ask if the company had the will to sell it the way I know it could have been sold. They have a bad reputation with the buyers in the marketplace where the product would be sold, and they failed to tell me that. They used my invention to secure financing for there company and used the money elsewhere. I need honest help!!!!
