I was diagnosed four years ago, i am on my 4th medication. Nothing has helped, i have attempted to take my life twice…i’m hoping that the medication i am on now will help…i thought i was a stronger person than this
How to survive Manic Depression
How I did it: God did it, not me. Reading, learning about the condition, talking to others, praying. Telling and teaching my kids especially about being manic depressive or bipolar, so that they can understand and ignore my flip out mode. They know to just agree and get out of the way. I appreciate that they can just back off till I get past my manic episode...
Lessons & tips: Read and obtain as much info as possible. Join support groups. Have your support people read about it as well, so they can help support you and understand you better.
