Jet is going to get back into 43T, promise!
I got 72%, so I got a Pass. I reckon just another 3% and I would have got whatever comes after Pass. Oh well! At least I passed, huh?
They sent me my diploma and a badge that says “ITEC qualified”, quite nice but not something I’ll wear.
I’ll cross this off now.
edit sure enough, 75% is a ‘credit’. I forgot to say that an ITEC Level III Pass is the equivalent of an A Level :)

I know I got some wrong though as we all discussed it afterwards. It was 50 questions with an hour to do them in, multiple choice answers, and I took half an hour including double checking my answers. I don’t think taking more time would have been any more helpful, as some I just knew anyway and others I had to guess and took up to 5 mins to really mull over what the most likely answer must be. Oh well, it’s done now. I reckon I have definitely got a pass (60% minimum), but I don’t think a distinction is on the cards. I have no idea what percentage is needed for a distinction but I just know I got several wrong!
Oh well it was only a personal goal – I’ll leave this goal on here till I get the results in 6 weeks or so.

I have no idea when the results will be out though. I am quite nervous, I feel I don’t know nearly enough – but perhaps I do.
We’ll see!

last week, and was shocked at how much work our teacher had not covered. However I would have just scraped through with a pass at about 60% – not good enough for me though, so I am trying to have a better home study.
It’s one morning a week my course. A Level 3 ITEC in Anatomy and Physiology.
This week’s lesson consisted of revision of Cells and Tissues. I am studying further at home using my huge medical textbook (it is possible to read up further on the basics of each subject and avoid looking at the the more advanced bits) and the course’s recommended text as well which is what many of the answers are thought to be based upon.
I feel bad for my mum though, she was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and is currently feeling too anxious to participate. I hope she will come round to doing the exam, she’ll be hard on herself if she ‘fails’.
The exam is on the 4th June in the evening.
