So far, I am doing ok with this goal! I am working really hard to get 25-30 minutes of exercise in, four times a week! Not easy, but totally worth it! Skinny dress, here I come!!!

If I make rules like this for myself, I usually end up failing. What’s better will be my new (rather undefined) goal, which is to incorporate more activity in my daily life, like walking more or riding my bicycle.
Back to it!
Ok, so I didn’t do as much as I wanted, but I did something. I went to yoga once and took two 45 minute walks.
Total: Exercise 3x
2 walks (one 90 min, one 75 min) and two really great hour workouts at the actual gym.
Total=4x this week! Hooray!
Ok, I went for three walks (2 for 4 miles and one for 6 miles).
total: 3x this week!

Thursday – 20 minute walk
Friday – 20 minute walk
Saturday – 45 min elliptical/ 100 ab-machine crunches
Sunday – 30 min elliptical / 100 ab-machine crunches
I have started walking with my sister and my mom every evening. We are going to walk at least 5 times a week. ok so i only started this past week but i am still pumped. i have definitely felt better about myself just from this little bit of walking and i find that am more conscious about what i eat as well. woo!! my mom and i are both really bad at backing out of these kinds of things so my sister has become the motivator. im going to try and keep this updated. i can’t take it off the list quite yet cause its not consistant enough yet. but i am psyched!!

overall, i think i am doing fairly well at this task. i have class 2 nights a week and have started up recreational rowing 2 nights a week. i joined curves last september, but just do not like going there. I have workout tapes which I enjoy, so overall, i think i will keep this goal. in order to chart progress, i have little smile face stickers to put on my calendar when i work out. so far so good.
