Can only do 10 at a time at the moment. Kind of annoying as I used to do about 25. I let myself go a bit and now am working on it again.

How to do 50 consecutive push-ups
It made me
 "Accomplishment."
How I did it: I started with a goal and activated that intention right away which made me eager to face the challenge. Though I had large gaps in between where I completely stopped, I knew I had to get there. I would've made it earlier if I did it earlier but that goes for anything, right? Not leaving it till later in the initial stages (which could mean never) helped a great amount. |

Well, I skipped a work out yesterday to let my arms recover! They were SO sore. Well, I was able to do 12 today. Ugh, that means that I have gotten WORSE.

I am using the 100 pushups challenge (hundredpushups.com/) to hopefully get me to at least 50 pushups. Today, I can only do 13 :(
