...30 push ups last night. It was the first time I ever did push ups before, so I’m hoping for a big improvement.

Right now I stand at 24, and even that was difficult.

I miss feeling so strong. I’m going to start doing 3 sets of 10 pushups every morning before breakfast. Hold me to that.

Worth doing!

Just done it , my arms are still shaking :P …

i could do 44 last summer but let is slip since then so this is rather cool, but as with all these goals “i want to be able to do ..” it’s not the doing it , it’s the being able to do it for ever more, so i going to try and do 150 a day now on…

So here are some critical tips for training

- breathing (SOO important) make sure in on way down, and out on way up
- Food make sure u have lots of protein and carbohydrates in your diet maybe also try to try this challenge to eating 5 a day !

anyways keep going people the satisfaction is immence

I ran out of gas at 29 and could do no more.
A few minutes later I did 10 more and a few minutes after that I did 3 clapping push-ups.
