Backbreaking, time consuming, miserable, tedious, and totally worth doing. 10 months ago

If you take the time, plan well, do your homework, avoid cutting corners, and use the right tools for the job, it’s fully worth doing.

The reward? Well, my estimates for expenses are around $7,500 for all materials and equipment.
In the end, I ended up with a driveway that would have cost me closer to $30,000 to have a contractor install it for me.

It was miserable work. And totally worth it.

The half stone half grass crosshatch design. I don’t know what the technical name is for this type of paver stone. This could be cool, but what about winter?
