My longest runs so far have been 3 miles (maybe a little more).
4 miles is my next distance goal, one of many small mileage increases on my way to running a marathon.

Alrighty… well this morning i went for a run and basically decided to not stop until i was tired. I wasn’t tired until my fourth mile. That’s about all there was to it. I actually surprised myself because I just did that for the first time in my whole life.
