Creating a life that is full happiness must come from within. Learning to be at ease with my self on a daily basis. Me being a leader and having enough confidence in my self is number one. Before I can create the life I want I must get right with my self and get my self out of the depressed mode.

too often i see myself not being happy and having words with my wife in a negative atmosphere. We should be more happy and loving, we can..
I had a great father’s day. Nice warm summer day with a few dark clouds.
my daughter (6) took me out for a long cycle ride round the village – 3 miles on pavements and one-track country roads. We stopped occasionally for water and raisins. I was paranoid about traffic, but there was very little. We stopped for ice lollies and chatted under a tree. We played in the park. It was a mammoth distance for her and I was very proud.
later, my daughter was falling asleep:
“I love you very much”
“I love you too, daddy”
“I’ve had the best father’s day ever”
“Maybe next year will be just as good”
“I do hope so”
I think this is what I meant when I adopted this goal.
I want to make people in my life happy, but especially my man. I wish I am making him as happy as he makes me- he treats me like a princess, even though we’ve been together a very long time. He doesn’t pick fights with me or take advantage of our relationship, and he always makes me smile. I hope I do the same for him, I’m really trying!!!
It will most likely turn out that they’re trying to protect you from themselves. People who have this goal really are very loving people to begin with.
YOU COME INTO THIS WORLD WITH NOTHING BUT YOURSELF,
YOU ALSO LEAVE THIS WORLD WITH NOTHING BUT YOURSELF
SO DO WANT YOU WANNA DO, THE WAYS IN WHICH U WANT
TO AND ABOVE ALL…BE HAPPY AND FREE

22. When you realize you’ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
23. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
25. Spend some time alone.
26. Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.

It’s better to be happy. Period. It’s better that way, to feel numbing joy, than to feel anything else, perhaps, even love.
