How I did it: I have just finished writing myself an email to be received after 5 years. I think that's pretty long enough.
Actually, I wrote to myself 3 days ago already after I have found out about this. I think it's pretty exciting to see how much changes happened in those span. And, mostly, I ask myself of things that concerns me most today, to see if it will still matter in the future. :)
Is it worth it? I think it is. I have yet to find out.
