I just completed one of my other goals – doing a triathlon. Amazingly, with all that exercise, I didn’t lose a pound! I just ate more.
Losing weight has become my number one priority. I’ve signed up for Weight Watchers. I have a food coach and am cooking more of my own food. No pounds off yet (it’s still the first week), but am hopeful that this new approach will work. 21 months ago
