I just completed one of my other goals – doing a triathlon. Amazingly, with all that exercise, I didn’t lose a pound! I just ate more.
Losing weight has become my number one priority. I’ve signed up for Weight Watchers. I have a food coach and am cooking more of my own food. No pounds off yet (it’s still the first week), but am hopeful that this new approach will work. 6 months ago
