i am trying to lose weight for the like 150th time but this time i am taking it nice and slow trying to make everyday right i started removing bad things from my lifestyle one item at a time that is working great once i remove soda, wine, breads or whatever it is i am very happy to say that i havent went back now if i can get kick my exercising into high gear

I have already lost 20 lbs since the beginning of the year, and I am trying to make sure that I do not let the success of now ruin me from accomplishing the greater goal of losing roughly 70lbs. I have a plan to lose about 5.5lbs a month, which is very manageable. The problem is that this month I was ahead of schedule and started to really binge on crap. I am trying to get control of this and get back to my schedule.

I can at least say that I have made the gym an integral part of my life and will make sure to go no matter what. This week has not been the best for me gym-wise, but I am going to make sure that no matter what I do, I make sure to reach my goal by December 31st. I have a plan and I am dedicated to it. I will reach my goals, no matter what!

unfortunatley-I no I will never be skinny (because of genes), but I do want to lose enough weight to feel good about myself and run a quater of a mile without losing my breath!

im so tired if being fat,
i hate it. ive always been fat. and every diet i tryed didnt work for me.
i dont know what to do.
i dont like talking to my parents or friends about this cause its embarrassing.
Though ive been meaning to talk to me mom about it. my weight has been on my mid lately and its depressing to know if i dont tell her then i probably wont lose weight.

Ok I plucked up the courage to start at a slimming club two weeks ago. Before then I hadn’t weighed myself in god knows how long! I avoided them! It was a shock when I got on the scales and found out what weight I was. I went through all sorts of emotions from denial, upset to anger at letting myself putting on so much weight.

The story is I am getting married next July and I need to drop stones. Since two weeks ago I have managed to lose 12 pounds, which is good. People keep telling me it is good. I just wanna stick with this diet. I now need to lose 41 pounds to get to 123lbs. This is when I look my best. I want to look my best for my wedding photos. I know if I was to get married now I would have double chins in my photos and everything! I want to look as good as I can.

im sure ive gained more weight.everytime i get weiged i feel more pressure on my shoulders cause i always gain!and ive been eating a lot everytime i say “im not gonna over eat anymore”.and ive always been the fat gurl out of all my gurl cousins my age.im tierd of people and most importantly guys looking at all my skinny firends and family and makeing me invisible because im fat.i just want to be able to fit into all the pretty clothes at the mall and know i look good in it.i have a great personality and a great life.but in order to live my great life longer, i need to lose weight. because im more at risk for diseases because im over wieght.
