How to breastfeed for a minimum of 1 year

How I did it: 1)Frequent feeding
2)Substitute with pumping to ensure you have supply if you are a working mom.
2)Fenugreek
3)Being engaged with a circle of people who are doing this and will encourage you and not the reverse
4)Believe in it and pray !

What a great goal! If you haven’t gotten started, I’d suggest going to some La Leche League meetings, and read lots, especially “The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding.” Each of my five children were nursed for anywhere from 21 months to three years, and the last four didn’t get bottles. This will be an easy goal if you are knowledgeable before you begin! Blessings to you and future babies!
