inneedofinspiration is thanking God!
I went to the treadmill and I walk a 16 minute mile. HAHA! I think this is important to set because I will show progress when I put my heart into it. I have so many incentives to lose weight but this will be another good indicator of my health improving!

But I dont want it to be a fluke.
I started off with a bad run. I ran a little short of a mile and then had to stop. I was having a hard time breathing and felt awful. I sat down and caught my breath and then stood stretching for a while. It was beautiful out.
When I started running again I was able to sprint full out for 120 seconds, then alternated sprinting with running slow.
I managed to run a mile back in 8 minutes give or take a few seconds.

Had a bad run tonight, I only made it 0.77 miles before I didn’t want to run anymore.
Last night in power sculpting we did some moves to stretch the calves and I think I overdid it. Plus I haven’t been sleeping that great.
I bought a new book tonight and am going to go and read for a half an hour or so before bed. I think I need to spend some time off the computer before sleep, maybe that is the problem. Because I am going to sleep exhausted and waking up the same.

Ugh

so i need to make an 8 minute mile in two weeks. last time i ran it was about two weeks ago and i ran it in 9.10. i need all the encouragement and tips i can get!

Getting back down there, but this was tough.

Bad run. But that’s what I get for waiting four days to run again. Had to walk a little, but even with the walking I ran 1.54 miles in 14:06
Two minutes too slow.

13:12 for a 1.54 miles makes 8.6 minutes for a mile.
Can this be? I’m close.

After not running for almost two weeks my time is back down in the tank again. 14:26 for 1.54 miles equals roughly a mile in 9:41.
This was also on an incline, so I’m hoping next time on a flat surface my time will be a little better.
