stop saying "i'm sorry" in place of "thank you"

I just found this, and I thought it summed it all up fairly well. I’m very very very sorry for doing something wrong, but I don’t specifically know what. haha.

Ugh, yes please. I’m very polite and say please and thank you with above average frequency, but I apologize so often it’s just unnerving. I apologize for apologizing for apologizing³.
I get the feeling that I’m being a bother pretty often, merely by being present, so I think I’ll work on that before this. Without one there really can’t be the other (they go hand in hand!) ♥

I don’t think I’ve said an inappropriate “sorry” in several weeks.

Sometimes, I apologize seemingly just for taking up space on the planet. I’m getting much better at this one.
