It’s made with round steak which you flour, salt and pepper,and then braise slowly til tender, along with 2 sliced onions and soy sauce, a bit of worcestershire, some wine, beef broth and garlic (THERE’S the french!!!!!) After an hour or so, you take out the steak, add some shredded cheddar and some yogurt to the pan and stir it up and serve it on the steak….Should go a long way towards raising the cholesterol levels in this family….Guess I’ll up the dosage on the Fish oil Extract for a couple of days….
Baby Greens salad, and spaghetti squash with olive Oil drizzled over and fresh oregano chopped over top to go with….That’s different than the ususal meat and potatoes ….
