...Err..every once in a blue moon, but I stil find myself perfering to work out after work. ::::shrug:::
How to go to the gym in the morning
How I did it: i set my alarm for 6am and told myself i wouldnt hit snooze because i knew if i did, i'd never get up. i rushed even though i didnt have to so that i wouldnt give myself time to stall or overthink it. i was there by 6:15am!
Lessons & tips: don't give yourself time for the mental protests and justifications for skipping out to kick in. just get up and keep it moving. by the time i left, i not only felt great from my workout, but also from knowing that i accomplished so much before sunrise. a great feeling to start the day.

This isn’t isn’t exactly going as planned…I haven’t been to the gym for 4 days. oooh! I wanna go!
I’ve only just joined a gym and gone through the machines and stuff. Now all i have to do is go to sleep early so i can get up at 5:30 and go…sigh I won’t be going tomorrow. We’ll see what happens tomorrow night. Wish me good luck!
Why is it that when I get busy the first thing I drop is eating healthy and working out? I should really be dropping other things (like blog reading, or phat beats).
Going to the gym in the morning is the easiest way to maximise my time. Going after work means that I waste an hour and a half or so of my evening, which really doesn’t work.
This morning, I set my alarm for 0645 and did get up, but thought it was a bit cold when looking for my sports kit and ended up getting back into bed and falling asleep.
I guess I should have everything prepped the night before if I’m going to turn this aim into reality.
