I have quit my job because I really don’t like it much.
I was playing around and for some reason it has worked with me, but it has become a burden.. so I’ll be looking for work.

The problem

I have so much autonomy at my new job that I can easily suck away hours surfing the internet. I get on Livejournal, Myspace, Facebook, and then I also watch old episodes of 90210. Heck, even typing this entry is during work time! What I would like to happen is a refocus on what I’m actually here to do, which is to be a helpful research assistant. I want to go above and beyond and not just keep doing the bare minimum. Sheesh, I think I am truly addicted to the internet.
